Annaliese Rix and Gerhard Schröder, both drawing on extensive credentialed experience, have left their footprints in the hearts and many unique stories of individuals and organizations in many parts of the world.
At a time where corporate wellness is a crucial piece of the employee engagement and productivity puzzle, this partnership combined in 2015 (
People and Organisational Development Services - PODS) to enhance their organizational and individual talent management experience to strengthen their abilities to identify areas of improvement and optimization, and sustainable value to the individual, team and broader organization.

Over the past thirty-two years Annaliese has left her footprints in the hearts and many unique stories of people in many parts of the world. Irrespective of the context, i.e. as a Social Worker (SACSSP: 1008433), Psychosocial Counsellor, founder and Director of a successful Professional Counselling Centre, or despite her dedicated role as a mother of three, she also served on the Technical Work Group of the UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) and UNAIDS (Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS). This has enabled her to develop a range of counselling, therapy, and business-related competencies.

Professional representation of Injecting Drug Users as a Key Population at a "Centers for Disease Control and Prevention" (CDC) and "President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief" (PEPFAR), playing a key role in MMT/OST (Methadone Maintenance Treatment/ Opioid Substitution Treatment) being recognised in South Africa

Facilitated individual development programmes; team alignment and individual assessments at a German car manufacturer and its dealership network

Facilitated individual assessments; provided individual coaching; facilitated team alignment sessions; and designed and implemented management development (two-year modular programme) at a cultural and self-catering resorts group
