OUR
APPROACH
Powered by real people...

The PODS Way is all about exceeding our clients' expectations. With each project, we are not satisfied until we have surpassed our clients' expectations for improving customer satisfaction, quality, service, productivity and profitability.
We also exceed expectations with our easy-to-work-with style and because we actively involve our clients in every step of our work.
Our approach
The increasingly important role of Human Resource Management (HRM) is reflected in the transformation of the personnel management function from one of concentrating on employee administration and an industrial relations safeguard, to one of managing people in a way, which matches organizational and individual goals.
Our emphasis is on partnering organisations in this effort to generate sustainable, relevant, affordable and engaging human resource related development solutions.
Sustainable - We observe, listen and reflect to help identify new insights, create the time and space to help think about new innovations and apply pragmatism and persistence to help source and deliver useful and useable outcomes. Successful long-term change is achieved via persistent project design, planning, implementation and nurturing. That means we are accountable for sustained implementation results, not just for developing recommendations. We network with people with whom we have a longstanding relationship and most of our new work is generated by word-of-mouth.
Relevant - Solutions are tailor-made and based on questions and issues important to the clients organisational culture, industry, and current and future organizational and development-specific issues.
Affordable - Our unique management structure and business partnership philosophy allows us to offer you affordable management consulting services at prices well below the industry standard. We are flexible in working within your fiscal calendars and cost constraints. Where additional expertise is required, strategic alliances may be formed with other credible companies within the same outline agreement.
Engaging - Securing the understanding, buy-in and desired response from key stakeholders is critical to our success. This entails amongst others winning the trust of employees via internal marketing (e.g. newsletter) and creating opportunities for dialogue.
